Can I change my site content after it's been published?

eyedea lab’s web sites are designed to be flexible and to grow with your business. You can always update your text and graphics by simply requesting your changes.

What is the process to re-change my Web site design after it's uploaded?

After your website has been approved by you and published to the internet, any changes made after that point will be estimated and billed on an hourly basis.

Do you redesign websites to fit the customers new needs?

Yes. We specialize in makeovers - taking an existing web site and transforming it into a productive, attractive, and profitable business tool. Always remember, your web site is a "window through which the world will view you," so making it as professional looking as possible presents your organization in the best possible light. We can also provide a professional web site evaluation, where we'll check out its HTML coding, layout, download time, graphics, and attractiveness to search engines, then will prepare a detailed written report for you. You select how many of the pages on your web site you want critically analyzed - you can then make the changes to the site yourself, or have someone else to do it for you.

How do you communicate with the client?

We can use many ways of communication such as, e-mail, telephone or direct conversation. The client chooses what type of communication is the most convenient.

How can I be sure my website will be unique?

Our designers create a customized home page with graphics tailored to your company's specifications. Using a color theme compatible with your companies logo or branding we create the unique home page, rollover navigation and framework that best suits your needs.

Our company is not located in your state.... will that be a problem?

Absolutely not. Many of the designing work we do are for organizations located around the world. Do you specialize only in web related jobs?

How do you price your projects?

We may charge both an hourly or fixed price. It is totally negotiated with the client.

What place are you located in?

We are located in Kolkata, INDIA.

Are the majority of your projects for foreign or domestic firms?

We provide development services for our clients worldwide.

How quickly can you begin a new project after receiving specifications?

We can start working on the project the next business day from the moment of the requirements specification agreement.

Who owns the rights to the produced design, you or the client?

All copyrights after the completion of the project totally belong to our client only after we receive the due payments.

We retain only the right to display your logos and designs as part of our portfolio of work.

Are your designers experienced ?

All our designers are quite experienced in designing and advertising and trained in their own respective fields.

Are your projects worked out in team or by individuals?

All development process takes place in the office where all our designers interact in real time, which provides most efficient results.

How do you work?

Once all project specification is complete, we assign a project manager and the team work over the project until it's finished.

Do you outsource your jobs?

No, each and every project is done by Eyedea Lab's own team, members and associates.

Do you offer hosting services in addition to designing websites?

Yes, we do sometimes offer hosting services, according to the needs of the client. Please see our hosting plans for more details.

How much does it cost to design a website?

It depends on a number of factors like:

number of pages on the site, types and number of graphic images on the site, programming, web copywriting, online marketing, animation, static/dynamic WebPages, etc. (Please ask for a free quote now!!!)

Do you provide designing tips and consultations?

Yes, if you would like domain name registration as per your designing contracts, we will be happy to do that for you.

Do you provide consultancy services?

Yes, we do provide designing tips and consultations to students and young learners in this field. We are always ready to answer your queries, please do mail us if you have any. (We are working on a separate section for this in our website itself.)
